Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 June 2026
By using ViaCerber you agree to these terms. ViaCerber is an informational driver-assistance aid, provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Obey the law where you drive
Camera-warning apps are restricted or prohibited in some countries. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of ViaCerber complies with all applicable laws, and must not use it to evade law enforcement.
Not a detector
ViaCerber does not detect or jam radar or laser signals. It shows speed-limit information and the approximate locations of fixed infrastructure and community-reported hazards.
No guarantee of accuracy
Speed limits, camera locations and community reports may be incomplete, inaccurate or wrong. Never rely on ViaCerber to determine the legal speed limit or whether enforcement is present.
Drive safely
ViaCerber is not a substitute for safe, attentive driving and is not an emergency service. Always obey traffic laws and never handle your phone while driving.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any fines, penalties, loss of licence, accidents, injuries or damages arising from use of, or reliance on, ViaCerber. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
